Elements Hong Kong

Upmarket Hong Kong shopping mall Elements has launched a site featuring a series of mini-games based around its different shopping 'zones'. The mall has five areas, themed around the Chinese elements: metal, wood, water, fire and earth. Each section of the site has a different game that visitors can play around a giant Elements logo.

Wen Jiabao on Facebook

A Facebook profile set up by Chinese prime minister Wen Jiabao (or somebody pretending to be him) has already gained more than 31,000 friends (or 'supporters', as the page calls them). Launched shortly after the Sichuan earthquake, the page includes a pop video featuring footage of the recovery effort and a 'Wall' full of supportive posts, mostly from overseas Chinese.
